About Your Visit

At ACENTA, we want to to make your visit as pleasant for you as possible.  Our goal is to see every patient at their scheduled appointment time.  However, our staff can occasionally have be called to tend to a medical emergency.  In this case, we do our best in order to notify you prior to your appointment.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Please bring the following:

• Driver’s licence or another form of picture identification
• Health Insurance Card
• A list of all your medications
• A copy of your imaging films
